96,432 hours: ten years (+) of Avatar

Collective

Publication / 2004

96,432 hours was an overview of Avatar’s first ten years in operation, looking back across the projects it had produced from 1994 to 2004.

The interactive DVD was an opportunity to look at the centre’s projects, in images, from its inception, and see the artists who contributed to Avatar’s expertise and reputation.

It was also a way for Avatar to celebrate such successes as the publishing house OHM or the laboratory Le Nom de la Chose, a name used at the time for all Avatar’s work in electronics, from its research lab to its website.
