For its 4th edition, 60 Seconds Radio invites radio and sound artists from all walks of life to produce a 60-second radio capsule. In 2018, works must be submitted by April 15th.
The 2018 edition of the 60 Secondes Radio International Contest received 148 radio works by artists from 25 countries. The jury, made up of Paul Charpentier, CHOQ.ca Radio Programming Director, Marc Jacquin, Development Director at Phonurgia Nova, Caroline Gagné, Artistic Director at Avatar, Martin Girard, Content Manager - Audio / Radio Première PLUS and ICI Radio-Canada Première, Pierre Vedovato. A teacher at MOPA School in France, Isabelle Perrault, a contributor to Radio Dodo in Montreal and Boris Chassagne, director of 60 Seconds Radio, met on May 9, 2018 to select the three winners of the contest.
After deliberation, 60 Seconds Radio and its partners are pleased to announce the winners of its 4th edition:
• 1st Prize | Time Colored Face by Bernard Clarke (Ireland)
15-day summer residency in the summer of 2018 in Phonurgia Nova and Motion Picture Arles Studio (MOPA) accompanied by a $ 1,000 CDN scholarship from Phonurgia Nova, MoPa and 60 Seconds Radio.

C $ 750 scholarship awarded by 60 Seconds Radio
• 3rd Prize | payPhone by Darryl Lucas (United Kingdom)
CA $ 500 scholarship offered by Avatar
