Title
This disc groups together three audio tales designed for German radio between 1996 and 1997. Developed around the theme of migration, an account is given of Chantal Dumas’ reflection on her migratory state which led her from Marseilles to Berlin.
In Le Parfum des femmes, saying takes shape in perception. The sound contains a great deal of information for the listener on the time, the action and the places. The meaning circulates within the audio landscapes, music and text. It is this travelling between these various narrative tracks that the story reveals itself.
