Avatar et Le trésor archange
Avatar et Le trésor archange René Lussier (1998)

René Lussier was invited by Antitube and Avatar to present improvised pieces featuring guitar, vocals, and podorythmie for the screening of Fernand Bélanger’s film Le trésor archange at Complexe Méduse’s Salle Multi.

The film was itself inspired by Lussier’s Le trésor de la langue, which earned him the Grand Prix Paul-Gilson in 1989 from Communauté des radios publiques de langue française. Avatar also took advantage of Lussier’s visit to hold a public meeting and talk with him about his work.
