Avatar à Résonance FM Collectif (1998)

Resonance FM was an ICT collaboration devised by Phil England for which Avatar and the London Musicians’ Collective composed a radio piece in real time using IT and IT networks.

On June 21, the summer solstice, the London Musicians’ Collective set up a temporary radio station in London. It was about sound exploration in all its forms and combined the sounds of both Quebec City and London. They were then broadcast in both cities, with CKIA handling the Quebec City end.
